This is a beautiful, clean, reliable car we bought for our daughter to drive to high school. We'd keep it but it sits around most of the time now that daughter is off to school. Not all Murano models are so equipped but this is the AWD (all wheel drive) version which makes it very stable on wet roads. We are technically the 2nd owner but it's been in the same family since new. Non-smoking family. It's been very well taken care of and is extremely clean! No one will ever guess the year model because it really does look that nice, and because all Murano years look pretty much look the same (to me anyway). It definitely has the appearance of a much newer car. Mileage is 89,700 but there's quite a few highway miles in there. First owner only used it to commute to work. I don't think anyone even rode in the back seat until we got it at around 60k miles. Recent tune up, new plugs, fuel system service, new tires, new windshield, 4-wheel alignment. it needs nothing but a new home. A whole stack of maintenance records and receipts come with the car. Both rear seats fold down so you can put a LOT of stuff in this car when you need the room! Engine is a 3.5L, 24-valve, V6 and has plenty of power. See window sticker for a complete list of options. Minor repair in 2013 for a long scratch on passenger side in. Have copy of repair ticket. I didn't see it personally but it couldn't have been much as the repair bill was only $1,924. I've looked the car over very closely and I can't see any evidence of a paint repair. Clear title so it's a quick and easy transaction. Rear tires are Pirelli Scorpion Verde's with about 3400 miles on them. The Front tires are Yokohama YK-HTX with approximately 2000 miles. Synthetic oil (Mobile 1) always. Rock chips typical of a car of this age. 90% of them have been touched up. On the most visible surfaces like the hood, the touchups have been buffed out but are still slightly visible due to the difficulties inherent in matching metallic paint. A small container of touch up paint is included. Paint in general looks beautiful. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact me before purchasing.
