This has been my personal work vehicle since purchased brand new in 2012. It has been driven only by myself and maintained properly with regular synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles as well as other routine maintenance. I used this van as a mobile work shop. The Nissan NV is one of the highest rated vans on the market. I recently replaced this 2012 with a 2018 model. The underbody has had regular 'oil baths' to keep rust issues under control. I have done this with all my vehicles and underbody rust is kept to a minimum. However, there are three spots of rust that are on the body and should be taken care off before they become a bigger issue. At this time they are not any larger than a quarter in size and easily repaired. The interior has Adrian Steel storage cabinets, drawers and work bench. There is also an auxiliary battery in the rear of the van. The interior walls have been insulated with spray foam. In the winter the van is easy to keep warm and in the summer it can be kept cool. No additional heaters or a/c units required. These accessories combined cost over $6,000 when installed. I've only had small issues with the van since new. I've replaced the alternator, a brake caliper, tires and brakes. Vehicle Check lists an incident which was a windshield replacement. No Accidents.
