I will not ship this van under any circumstances. You will need to come to Baltimore and drive it away with your own tags. This van is tagged with Maryland historic tags. Seats 7 comfortably and with the seats removed or folded down it has a lot of cargo area. New front struts, front brake pads / rotors / calipers, new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. If this van is NOT going to be your daily driver and you only intend to use it occasionally you may be best off keeping historic tags for it like I did. Any vehicle 20 years or older in the State of Maryland qualifies for historic tags and if such is obtained no safety inspection or emissions inspection is required. Otherwise, to pass Maryland inspection I know it would need at least 2 tires and an exhaust leak fixed. Also, OBD is reporting that a cylinder is misfiring.
