This is a 2001 Nissan Xterra. I am the original owner and mechanic and have all maintenance records going back nearly 20 years. Vehicle has 5 BFG TKO tires with less than 10,000 miles on them ($1k cost, receipts available). I have also recently changed out all the differential, transfer case and transmission oils as well as engine oil. In the last 10k miles I have replaced the radiator and shocks and the oxygen sensors. In the last 20k miles I have replaced the timing belt, water pump and engine seals, distributor, rotor, plugs and cables, power steering pump and lines and rear leaf springs. Also repacked wheel bearings. Vehicle comes with tow package and brake controller installed and a set of tire chains. Excellent off road and in snow and solid mechanically. Interior in very good condition, exterior is better than expected given the age. Vehicle has spent its entire life in Reno, NV, so very dry conditions, no road salts. Contact me with any questions before bidding.This vehicle has stickers on it, and it has been to Burning Man many times. I always clean it out, and every couple of times I crack open the doors and clean the dust out of the interior and window tracks etc. That said, the key locks are sticky and the tailgate key lock is very hard to work. As a remedy to that, I have installed new door lock actuators so it opens 100% of the time via remote. Only other issue is that the speed sensors for the ABS system have a lot of dirt build up in them and the ABS light comes on and off. Brakes still work like an old school car, but if you want your ABS system working perfectly, you will need to pull the wheels and get a tooth brush in the speed sensor gear and clean it out. Very easy to do if you pull the hubs (ie. next time you repack bearings or if you upgrade the hub lockers.) I have been driving it like this for about 5 years. No other issues. Never thrown codes. Always smogs fine, really in phenomenal mechanical condition.
