2004 Pontiac GTO, in excellent condition. Car has been modded extensively but never abused. When I had the motor forged and blueprinted, I made some changes such as porting the heads and running a lighter valve train. As it is setup, I have the redline set at 6800 rpm but you can run it up to 7400 if need be. We also installed a bigger cam and ported the intake. Since that build the car has never been back to the track nor been run on nitrous. On the old setup the car went 11.9 on motor and 11.5 on a 100 shot with a badly slipping clutch. 60' and MPH on the time slip placed it in the 10's if not for the clutch.The car will handle a 200 shot easy and should run into the mid tens easily if that's your thing. I never felt the need to get back to the track to find out. It became my weekend "go and play" car. I thought I would have this car forever but I have a new project (2018 ZL1) and can't maintain them both. Car can be daily driven if need be but I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in heavy traffic. Car can handle it but what a waste. And if you know your way around a car mechanically, even better. It is in excellent condition and it is a 2 owner car. It is a 8cyl LS1 with 6SPD MANUAL TRANSMISSION and RWD. 65k miles!!! It has been babied all its life and there is no driveability issues. New brakes all around and fluids recently changed. It is in excellent mechanical condition. No problems at all as it is expected from this type of car. Good suspension, brakes, exhaust, etc. Engine is quiet and clutch grabs properly. Tires are fairly new. The body is clean. No rust and free of major blemishes. Does not seem like it has been painted at any given point of its lifetime. I took pictures of the very minor blemishes to show how clean the car is. Interior is also clean. Leather interior in good condition and everything works accordingly. Rear seat were barely used and has all factory floor mats. The top of back seats have some of the typical dry seams. I am selling my 2005 Pontiac GTO with 118k on it. I have originally owned it in 2011-2012 and then sold it and bought it back in September of 2016. I had plans of buying it and putting a 427 lsX in it but I am back in flight school and do not have time nor the finances for that anymore. In December of 2016 I put brand new, Brake padsAll four rotors AlignmentTwo new rear tires (Yokohama) 18" Window regulator and driver side door lock actuator - I daily drove the GTO until about February and it then needed the attention of an overheating issue and the car sat for about 5 months before taking it to my mechanic who then at that time I had bought a brand new parts for it as well as rebuilding it. Cold Case Radiator160 degree thermostat Duracell Battery Mobil 1 oil and filter New Radiator lower hoseAlternator Hood struts and trunk struts are newVayaram cold air intake 2 years old Audio tuner by the shifter for the sound system Also has a custom tune by Boost Performance that I had done in August of 2018. I had the top of the engine rebuilt. Heads taken off, sent for cleaning and pressure tested, resurfaced and put brand new head gaskets on it. I have pictures of the gaskets and the heads taken off and cleaned/resurfaced. All new parts were installed and I drove the car every day until I started back to school and with long trips didn’t want to mike it out so I have parked it and it just sits. This car is garage kept with a GTO cover and battery tender connected to it all year around. The paint is Phantom Black Metallic with some minor dents here and there from the previous owners and the paint is original so the clear coat on the top of the car and hood is showing it’s 14 years of age but easily fixed. The driver seat has a small tear in the leather but the passenger and back seats are perfect! I conditioned them once a month to keep them in great shape and all products I have used have been Adams. I also have long tube headers and spin tech exhaust on it as well. In 2017 I had 806 AutoWorks install all brand new D&D Audio tweeters, door speakers, back seat speakers, and installed a brand new D&D Audio 8" subwoofer. I have all receipts from the parts I bought in 2016-2018 on it. I also forgot to mention that the previous owner also had the transmission rebuilt in it as well so it shifts well and it does have a shift kit in it too. I didn’t install that but I have had it overlooked but my mechanic and Boost. Car runs great and will make a great cruiser or weekend warrior.
