2006 Silver Pontiac Vibe. This is an AWD model that has been EVERYWHERE anywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE, it's experienced driving in the rocky top mountains of Tennessee while maneuvering falling rocks, it's driven on the famous Daytona Beach FL with ease (thanks 4 wheel drive) it's road tripped across the USA and with all its seats folded down( including the passenger) it's hauled a washer and dryer at the same time, a love seat couch, full-size dresser, a 75 inch TV, a small raft and 2 oars, and even precious cargo ( my soon to be Wife) it's gotten great use in the 6 years I've owned it but it's now time for a new season. This Pontiac Vibe is based on the framework of the Toyota Matrix/Corolla has witnessed a lot of FUN in its first 172k miles and can't wait for what's in store for the next owner. Please keep in mind it has a potential major engine issue. (read below) it's top-rated safety and handling ratings make it great in the rain and snow. This weekend warrior has only been serviced with synthetic oil changes since day 1 of my ownership. This is not a luxury car by any means, it's a CAN DO car !! you can hear the wind and road noise when you drive faster, it has it's minor bumps and scratches inside and out, I call them memory markers. the rear quarter panel is dented above the right wheel well with some rust due to a tail end of a gate wacking it, battle marks! There's no adventure this car can't handle, Being as transparent as possible I want to point out any and all only challenges from the vehicle. It does stat up, drive and run however it recently started making a very loud knocking sound, which means it could need a complete engine overhaul or even a partial engine refurb OR MAJOR ENGINE WORK maybe swap the whole thing like a chicken wing which can cost 1k or more and i do not recommend driving it unless you are going to fix this OR use this car as a parts car OR know about cars, i do not have all the answers I am describing it to the best of my ability, I use it to drive to work daily but also pray to get there ! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE BIDDING. since i am getting married my lucky wife to be gets to share her car with me, while i let this go for a steal to help cover wedding costs !!! I would rather you picture this as a parts car than road ready so it exceeds your expectationsa Here are the other items that need may need attention: the radio display is really dim like really, i use the included Bluetooth that i have installed so just keep it on 1 station and stream Pandora or youtube from my phone. The tire pressure light is on with brake light ALWAYS, however, both have been checked out by ASE mechanic and are ok but the lights won't reset because of possible bad sensors, the toggle button for the passenger door lock broke off, but the driver's side toggle button still operates all doors and the keyless entry remote. one floor mat has a hole. one plastic wheel hub cover (right rear) see pictures could be replaced for cosmetic reasons if desired the others have curb rash. the right rear quarter panel above the wheel well right where the molded hard plastic body kit starts, that covering in the gray color looks loose due to missing a clip but is secure, behind it, it's rusting. THIS IS not in the pictures because it has been more recent i will be happy to add more once i can get my camera working and email to you or place in AD. Everything else works, the AC is ice cold, the sunroof is great. The car drives straight. ( still do not recommend driving far distances unless you are a daredevil like me) The built it power inverter with an electrical outlet is awesome, you can plug in your laptop, coffee maker or small TV, really anything, this tank has been in mud, rain, sleet, off-road and on the beach with ease and help from its all-wheel drive GAS MILEAGE IS AMAZING with a 33 MPG rated highway. and is CARFAX CERTIFIED with NO ACCIDENTS and NEVER bought or sold at a sketchy auto auction like many cars, only privately owned and hand waxed twice a year. clean title in hand. sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied, i do recommend towing, shipping it or drive for short distance
