Up for sale is a Saturn Ion Level 2 Sedan. It runs great with no check engine lights or any obvious issues. Engine is quiet with no ticks or odd noises and transmission shifts great. I purchased this car in for someone else but he decided to go buy a car from a dealer before I could get this ready for him. I purchased this car with the key broken in the ignition, so I removed the broken key and had some trouble getting a new key. The GM dealership gave me a hard time because I didn't register and insure the car so I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the key. Once I had the key, it was too late for the person I bought the car for. On this note, you will receive one key for the car, no keyless entry etc. You can make more copies at the hardware store as there is no chip. I've only put a few miles on the car, I drove it around the neighborhood, etc. I've put maybe 10 miles on it. Therefore, please understand that I have limited knowledge of the car and am just trying to recoup what I've paid. Two of the tires have a fair amount of tread, but the rears will probably need replacing soon. I would recommend an oil change too because the car has been sitting for a while (previous inspection sticker was good through 2016 - I did not get the car inspected in PA. Exterior of the car is rougher than pictured. The entire car has scratches on it and the fender is cracked. Inside, the seats have a lot of stains on them, but everything works. There is an aftermarket bluetooth radio installed, but I have no knowledge of it. There are no accessories, I just checked to see if the radio works and it does. There is a USB port and mic installed for handsfree audio. The AC blows cold and the heat is hot. The battery is brand new. All lights function, car stops and goes, but I didn't look into the brakes - pads on front and drums in rear. There is a spare in the trunk, but I didn't see a jack or any tools. I've seen many of these cars hit 200k miles+ if well maintained and this car seems to have plenty of life in it. I could see it as being a good car for anyone who needs a quality GM product that doesn't mind/need the looks of a new car. This car is being sold AS-IS with a clean title. The Autocheck shows an accident back in 2009, not sure what happened but to me it's irrelevant 9 years later. PA residents must transfer title with me at my local tag agency before taking it away. Out of state buyers must prove title was transferred. All buyers must pay $200 deposit by paypal and the entire sum in cash on pickup, no checks please. Car is to be picked up in Harleysville, PA 19438. All questions and negotiation should be done prior to ending this listing. Please do not come after you paid the deposit to haggle me on this car. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Finalizing your Purchase: Andy Mohr Budget Center will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Mike Jones-Or at Andy Mohr Budget Center by e-mail or phone (317) 850-9274 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License and social security number. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed, notarized and returned complete to Seller. 12.
