For sale is our beloved 2006 Aspen White Subaru Impreza Wrx STI. My fiancé and I are the second owners. We have owned and maintained the car since 2011 and it has received the utmost tender love and care while in our possession. This includes its own warm home in the garage, and all the premium waxes and preventative maintenance her little heart desires. We both love cars, especially Subarus, and this car has been our passion. As she sits she is light on her feet and an absolute blast to drive. Steering is sharp, cornering is flat and balanced with lots of grip, acceleration is crisp throughout the entire rpm range. The car is very quick. The car has enjoyed its own garage spot since 2011, and it has enabled us to keep it relatively clean and straight. It has been a California car it’s whole life. Zero accidents. The paint and body are 9.5/10. Paint is glossy and smooth to the touch including the high risk hood/roof/trunk areas. The Only imperfections are a slightly weathering front bumper (from driving,hardly noticeable) and a couple of small dishes in the front right fender near the wheel well (there when we purchased the car and not prominent). There is absolutely Zero rust and Zero clear coat fade/damage on this car. We wanted to be modest but thorough in upgrading the car to perform at a level it we felt it should. Unfortunately for us we never got the car on the racetrack, however it was built with mild track day abuse in mind. Although it certainly doesn’t need it, with only a few simple upgrades from its current condition like bigger turbo, injectors, a larger intercooler and a tune to tie it in; the motor and car are ready and able for 500 horsepower and beyond if one desires. We just had a coolant analysis done 2 months ago to be sure for the new owner that the motor/headgaskets are healthy and the test came back 100% healthy; with 0% hydrocarbon content detected within the coolant. We certainly have enjoyed the 75k miles or so of cruising around so cal over the years, and she has had no problem turning heads wherever she goes. Unfortunately for us we do have an excess of cars now and we have decided that it’s time for us to thin out the herd. We hope that the new owner will drive the car and enjoy and appreciate the hundreds of hours of shop time and hard work put into not just getting the upgrades installed, but the fine tuning required to have the parts working in unison properly; and the car performing the way that it does currently. These cars are becoming very difficult to find unabused.
