Instantly, the Toyota Supra helped define car culture the world over as a car that you can customize down to the bolts and turn it into a missile. It's when it hit the US markets, in 1994, it was one of the most powerful cars sold. At 320 HP stock, it was only 35hp shy of the 911 Porsche Turbo that same year. This Supra is NOT one that comes to you with a list of "upgrades" and "exceptions" all of which decrease the value of your investment. History: This Supra came to us from its second owner who purchased it and reconditioned the car's original finishes and parts. It has all the usual specs you'll need in an investment Supra-twin turbo, manual, sport roof-however, a gargantuan effort and over $20,000 has been invested in this Supra to keep its collector status. The previous owner was looking for a classic car, not a Supra, and he took great care to ensure that everything done to the car was completely accurate down to the white label on the cigarette lighter. It was and has remained original from day one, and was not converted, single turbo-charged, or modified in any way and kept stock. VINs and Stickers: This Supra has all matching VIN numbers on every panel and every piece of glass. Vin numbers etched on the glass was a factory upgrade called Toyo Guard and it's rare to find a Supra with, not only all the VINs etched on the glass, but all glass intact. The original Toyo Guard stickers and factory stickers were tinted into the window to prevent the sticker from corroding or peeling off. Mechanical: When the 2nd owner purchased the car it was first inspected by a classic car inspector for its originality. This car has all its original parts down to the engine hoses which are still in working condition and won't need to be replaced anytime soon. The car was then taken to Tsuyoshi Murata, a Supra Mechanic from Japan residing in Las Vegas. There, Yoshi rebuilt the axels, suspension, and brakes, cleaning and oiling every part, as well as replacing the headlights, exterior lightbulbs, fluids, wipers, and inspecting the engine bay. Every part of the car that needed to be replaced had been replaced with new old stock-which is a term for parts that are from the time the car was made and not made new, but still available. Underneath this car looks like the day it rolled out of the showroom. Rare items like the plastic underbody engine cover remains intact. Usually this is tossed away. Interior: Next, it went to Ian's Auto Interiors in Las Vegas. Ian was currently working on a 1920's era Alpha Romeo restoring its interior referencing its original brochure for accuracy when he took in the Supra. Ian went through the interior, removing the leather seats, door panels, and plastic parts. The seats were placed in black plastic bags and drenched with leather butter for days while the leather softened up. The interior vinyl and steering wheel were stripped, reconditioned, and where needed, dyed the original leather color. The owner and Ian used a new old stock shift knob and air bag cover (the cover was not put in the car) as a reference to the original interior color. The car comes with aftermarket floor mats (for driving) as well as the original floor mats which the owner swaps out when showing the car at shows. The plastic pieces were refinished to match the original color using new old stock as the reference here again. Electronics: After, the owner replaced the buttons in the center dash (which were yellowing in color) A/C vents, cigarette lighter, light bulbs, and switches with new old stock. Most if not all 1994 Supras' have the wrong radio, and people will take radios from the later models passing the car off as "all original." In the 1994 radio, the capacitors would leak and corrode the circuitry, rendering the radio useless, so the owner removed the non-working radio and had all the capacitors replaced and the circuitry cleaned up. The radio plays both CDs and cassettes (AM/FM does not work due to permanent damage to the circuitry). Clear wrap was placed on the labels to protect the original lettering. The rotting Toyota stock speaker drivers were replaced with speaker drivers with rubber surround and will no longer rot and they match the wattage and impendence of the stock speakers which is 50w at 4ohms. The stock amp remains in working order and has received new wiring. Exterior: This Supra has original paint except for the front bumper and side mirrors. The paint was corrected and preserved by MAD Detailing in Las Vegas and has no scratches or swirls marks. The front bumper and side mirrors were painted by Devious Designs in Las Vegas and the current owner made sure that the original dimples where the dealer drills for the front license plate remain intact. The wheel center caps were replaced with new old stock, and the factory wheels were powder-coated a custom color to match the original color as the factory wheel paint yellows over time. Every other exterior part including underneath the car and inside the engine bay was steamed cleaned. All of the metal is free of dirt, debris, oil, rust, and road grime. This Supra has been awarded Best Exterior 2018 which it was awarded at the famous Supra show in Las Vegas called Supra's In Vegas-a show where each year hundreds of Supra owners bring their cars from all over the country to compete for awards. Documentation: This supra comes with all its original documentation. Every service record and new old stock part on this car is documented from day one. I am selling my lovely 1994 Supra Twin Turbo UK JZA80 2JZGTE. I have owned this car for 2.5 years and selling only due to acquiring other car projects. The condition of the car is excellent as is it’s history file with every Toyota invoice since 2000. America appreciates Supras far more than the UK so I hope someone can have the opportunity of owning a truly unique example. PLEASE NOTE - VIN IS JT164JA800010732 - as it is a UK car, Therefore please ignore the eBay check on the car. It has never been stolen or written off and this can be verified by doing an equivalent UK check - HPI - and I am happy to provide this as well. With the car being 25 years old now, I believe it can be imported into the USA without stringent emissions laws being applied and there is a big RHD Jap car scene developing. As you may know, UK Supras are extremely rare with only around 600 ever being officially imported from 1993-1996 and I feel there are none with the provenance, history and condition of my car. We only got the twin turbo model but UK cars had uprated turbos producing 326 bhp, heated leather seats, bonnet scoop, diff cooler, active front spoiler and the iconic headlight washers as well as traction controls and uprated brakes as standard - all items many USA Supra owners coveted and many try to fit. UK cars also have a Limited Slip Diff. This car really is a one off. It has has 5 owners in nearly 25 years incl me but had one owner from 2000 to 2015 who took it religiously to their local Toyota dealer every year for a service. It has done low mileage (less than 4000 miles per year) but always been MOT’d (annual roadworthy test) and kept on the road. It has been kept original with Toyota parts. The history file is immense with every invoice (even tax disc) since 2000. The owners in 2015 sold it to their son’s friend who bought it on a whim as he has 3 kids etc so it barely got used. He did however keep the Toyota history by having it serviced and also spent over £1000 with renowned Supra specialists, Whifbitz, having valve stem seals, timing belt and gaskets done in Nov 2015 - invoice available. I am a UK Supra fan and bought this car in 2016. The amount of work I have done is too much to list but close to £20k spent incl paint correction and ceramic coating. I am not looking in anyway to get my money back and I have enjoyed restoring itList of work includes:- new headlights- new Cat 1 alarm- Seats recoloured and steering wheel recoloured (might not be clear in pics) - matching Dunlop tyres/ wheels and brake callipers redone- electrical work including wiring for 3rd brake light (never wired in on pre 1995 UK cars), resoldering of dash lights so all work ink ABS, new auto gearlever so needed professional installation so overdrive etc work. - new leather door arm rests - almost impossible to get. - 3 Toyota services in my ownership including December 2018 with no faults. £1000s spent on various jobs including starter motor changed & air con service, - over £10k worth OEM parts including new wheel arch liners / under bonnet foam soundproofing / new tank guard / various interior buttons and switches as well as new lower body trims including painted side pods and other items to name but a few (invoices available - nearly all from OEM supplier Megazip Japan)- active aero spoiler works as it should- air con ice cold, OEM radio with CD changer in boot, heated seats and all electrics working. - paint detailed, corrected and ceramic coated this year. Results are staggering as per pics. - plastic sills removed and underneath cleaned and rustproofed with Hammerite. Recent pictures taken at Toyota underneath to show how clean it is- MOT until Jan 2020 and no advisories- Original number plates in boot, I got new plates recently from Jemca Toyota in Bracknell who were the original supplying dealer as the originals were starting to look weathered. Only things to note are a very small ripple in paint on left front wing - this has been there for many years and is hardly noticeable as per pics. A local body shop quoted £200 to make this immaculate but I didn’t bother as it really doesn’t affect the appearance as per pics. - there is a huge Auto / Manual debate and I can judge both. This is a truly fantastic car and you won’t be disappointed. It is an auto and that is reflected in the price as a manual in similar condition might be over $60000I have enjoyed owning it and will keep hold of it if it doesn’t sell at or close to asking price. Hello up for sale is my all stock USDM 1995 original 6-speed twin turbo Supra. It is almost at 52k miles, clean title in hand with carfax available.It has been a California car all it's life, there is no rust. I am the 4th owner of this vehicle, since buying it I have done a full fluid service.The car was keyed so it received a full respray of the same color, I have pictures to prove so. The paint is very fresh and deep in color, no scratches, no dings, fresh & immaculate. Interior is like new, carpet is very clean and seats are very soft, interior is in excellent condition. Drivetrain runs perfectly, engine & turbos are healthy, tranmission shifts smooth, no funny noises, mechanically sound and passes California emission!The car is all stock besides the front lip and Volk wheels. You can choose to have the Volk SF Challenges or my Work VS-SS wheels.All stock and good condition 6-speed Supras are hard to come by nowadays. I would keep this for my future but unfortunately I ran out of space. Asking $62k.
