I have a 2007 Volvo C70 Hardtop Convertible for sale .The car currently needs a motor. A few weeks ago I was driving the car and timing belt broke. Serpentine belt is also broken. Exterior is in very good shape. The car ran good until timing belt broke now it sounds like a sewing machine. Never tried to put timing belt on it more than likely it bent the valves . Tires are decent. Has clean title. Hardtop works good. Interior needs cleaned, when I bought it someone left the passenger window cracked and moisture abd water is in the rear passenger floor carpet is soaked. This car would clean up nice. Windshield is cracked. Pretty much everything works. NO RESERVE SOLD AS-IS WHERE IS. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALABAMA BUYERS WILL HAVE TO PAY 3.375% SALES TAX ON THE VEHICLE. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Purchase - Buyer is deemed to have purchased the automobile upon satisfaction of each of the following events: (1) Buyer and Seller have executed this Sales Agreement; (2) Seller has issued the registration (either Pennsylvania or in transit registration); (3) Buyer has executed the "Buyers Guide"; (4) Buyer has paid, in full, for the automobile; and, (5) Buyer has taken possession of the automobile.
