For sale is my 2008 BMW M5 V10 SMG3 500hp, well maintained. Has 53k original miles, car is very clean inside and out. Mods are, Dinan muffler, RPI red scoop intake with performance air filters, and HRE 20" STAGGERED WHEELS. Always garage kept, every function works. Owned this car since 2012, never had any issues. Does have rebuilt title history from very minor accident, everything was replaced with OEM parts. Can register in NY with no issues like a clean title. Car is also listed locally, so can end auction if sells before. I understand there may be lower priced M5s, please check the mileage and condition before comparing. I'm selling my stock 2008 M5. It's a 2nd vehicle and I simply don't drive it enough to justify keeping. I have a clean title in hand and it has a clean carfax. Autocheck shows salvage at time of import so not sure what's going on there. It's been garage kept, no smoking..everything on vehicle works, no leaks, no instrument panel warnings (except low washer fluid), etc. I'm letting this car go at a steal because of the Autocheck issue. With 500hp, this is not a car for a new driver. Located in NE AL.

Hi, selling my 2002 BMW E39 M5. Had the car for 5 years now and have taken meticulous care of it. I have all service receipts for it in the time I’ve owned it. I spent over $7,000 on maintenance alone. Car is low miles, spent a long time in California before coming back to East Coast. I’ve never driven car in the snow or salt roads. Condition is 10/10 for its age. Engine, transmission, gearbox feel like new and I’ve never had any major issues with the car. Rides on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that still have a lot of life left. The only negative I can think of is the front fender was resprayed at some point due to what appears to have been a minor cosmetic injury. Recently refinished all 4 wheels to original spec and are all like brand new. Leather in the interior is extra soft as part of the executive package. Everything works, A/C (was repaired), all window regulators (one was repaired), etc. Car has new oil, filter, brake fluid and can be used immediately as no service is outstanding. Car was always stored in a garage under car cover. I bought the car in 2014 with 49k miles and it now has 63k miles as I’ve used it as a weekend car only. Color is carbon black, which is dark blue in BMW language. Lastly, the car is 100% original and all OEM. There are no modifications or any after market parts.
