- For Sale By Owner - I have for sale a super nice 2016 BMW i3 that is in very excellent condition. It has less than 16k original miles on it and still runs like brand new. It has the rear view camera and Harmon Kardon 10 Speaker upgraded stereo options included. This Certified 2016 i3 BEV is white with a light grey cloth interior. If you’ve never been in one of these BMW i3 fully electric cars, then, you’re in for a real treat. They are super quick and handle like a very nice BMW should. They are also surprisingly comfortable for up to 4 adults and/or the back seats can be folded down to create a great large cargo area for our golf clubs, groceries and such. We get around 80-90 miles on a full charge, but, we’ve never driven that far in one day here at The Villages. And at the end of the day, we just plug it into a standard 120v outlet in our garage and it’s all charged up and ready to go again the next day. It’s like having a gas station right in your own garage.This 2016 i3 was leased brand new from BMW of San Francisco and turned back in after the 2 year lease ended with only 14k original miles on it. I bought it directly from BMW of San Francisco as a BMW Certified car and had it shipped here to me at our home in The Villages.Maybe the best part is this is a BMW Certified i3 which means it has a full BMW Factory bumper to bumper warranty with a $0 Deductible until June 2021.Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions (Tripp Smith at 704-516-9059) or just send me an email via eBay. Hello, Thanks for clicking and checking out my awesome BMW i3 Range Extender. I purchased this car from Tulley BMW in New Hampshire earlier this year, and absolutely love this car; however, my work is moving me out of the country, so it's with a heavy heart that I must sell this absolutely stunning car. I would keep this car forever, and I have grown to love it, but sadly I am looking for a new home for it. This is a really rare-specced i3, because it has the Tech and Driving Assistance package, that adds the adaptive cruise control, and auto-braking safety functions which are crucial. This i3 also has the moonroof! I have yet to see another i3 in the states that has a moonroof like this one, its great in the summer, and it has two shades so if your passenger wants to close their shade and you want to keep yours open you are free to do so. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car. It runs, drives, charges just great. The traction battery is in super healthy condition and I easily get above the EPA range rating for the car with ease. If you are looking for an i3 definitely get a 2017 or above because they have a larger battery (33 kWh) than the earlier ones and this coupled with the range extender function allow you to drive almost anywhere. The '14, '15, '16's have a much smaller battery pack which really only allows for 60-70 miles of range before the REx kicks on. Please see the condition notes, for the condition of the car. In short it could pass as an absolutely new car. I have many more pictures of the car, please let me know and I can provide you a link (and also a video). Since I bought this from a BMW certified pre-owned there is a BMW Certified warranty on this car until 2023 or 70,000 miles (whichever is first) for absolute peace of mind. There will be a transfer fee of $200 if the new buyer would like this transferred. The car has about 22,200 miles on it now, it may have a bit more upon final sale but definitely nothing more than 500 miles. The car comes with all manuals, 2 sets of keys, and the BMW charging cable that will plug into any ole' outlet. I only DC Fast charged this car once and it did so just fine (and fast), I wanted to minimize this in order to protect the battery health. There are absolutely no warning lights on in the car, and it drives, charges, runs great. Note: that on the carfax it was reported there was an accident for this car, this was just the previous owner backing into a parking lot yellow pole. Remember BMW certified this car to be sold, and as such there was such little damage, of course it was repaired and you cannot tell that this was backed into. The pictures speak for themselves.
