This is a really sharp, smooth riding and FAST car! It was very well maintained. This Roadmaster only has 113,717 miles on it. It is tight on the road, pleasant to drive, and is reliable. The exterior of this...  Buick is beige and in great condition....it shows very, very well. This Mercury has 4 good looking wheels and radial tires..a full size spare in the trunk!!! The interior is clean as a pin...plush interior, lots of options with very clean seats. The upholstery is in remarkable shape. All of the options work, the a/c compressor kicks on but doesn’t blow that cold, could probably use a recharge. The 5.7L V8 GM motor starts right up, sounds great, has plenty of power and the clutch shifts smoothly..You may be scared of the age, but we have sold quite a few just like this and our buyers have had good luck with them.... This Hearse runs well, ---great stereo system---smooth ride-- classic survivor with only 93 thousand origional miles.........This car is my dailey driver........it has new breaks---new stering box---new pittmen arm---new exhaust from the muffler back.....The rear tires are new......The Caddy Rims are from a Limo.......There are two dash lights that come on, they are the inflation regulator which is not connected, that is why it comes on........Air Shocks were installed instead............The other light that comes on is Anti-lock break light , I had it checked and it is a bad sensor, nothing wrong with the breaks, just change the sensor........Check the Photos for best description............... .Any Questions Ask....... (Added January 14th): Word to the wise (watchers): I may or may not relist this if it doesn't sell. Springtime is the time to sell a car. But if I do relist it, I am not going to lower the price. Furthermore do not bother sending me an offer after the listing ends. 1. You know you will feel a little remorse IF it does sell at this price and you are not the lucky buyer. 2. If it doesn't sell at this price do not feel as though you then have the "upper hand" when it comes to negotiating. I've been around the block. (Most of the time in a nice car!) If it does not sell either this time or after a possible relist, I will simply keep it and drive the value right out of the car for another 100K miles. There is no way I can replace this car for what I am asking and the work I have put into it. I have already put my personal effects back in the car with the plan to keep it. First year for the Roadmaster sedan with the LT-1 V8, collectable! Beautiful, well maintained low mileage creampuff. Fully optioned, loaded. This time capsule has been in the rust free environment of the desert southwest since new. Truly a garage kept beauty that is the last of the true "old school" GM Luxury cars. Driven less than 3100 miles a year, this Limited Roadmaster is barely broken in. If you are familiar with these models, they are known to typically give good service upwards of a quarter million miles. Tires have 70% tread. This baby is ready to take you anywhere the road allows. Original wheels included, see last picture. Being a Limited, I cannot think of any option it does not have, other than leather. It also has the prestige package, not all Limiteds do. The Prestwick cloth interior is almost flawless. The original paint still has the shiny mirror gloss. Actually has no dings! But the rub strips do have some rub marks here and there. Some of the more obscure options include: Twilight sentinel, fully reclining seats, premium sound system, cornering lights, power trunk, engine compartment light, and much more. It also has Posi (G80 code) and the trailer towing package (V92 code). Note on trailer towing package: They did NOT include a hitch. A hitch or lack thereof does not confirm if these Roadmasters had a trailer package or not. The towing package includes a 2:93 gear, stiffer springs and larger anti-sway bars, oil and transmission cooling, heavy duty cooling system and modified shift points for the heavy duty transmission. Those with a sharp eye will notice it does NOT have the usual mechanical fan that trailer towing cars have. That is because I converted this car for full electric fans. It reduces noise and makes it much easier to work on! What a pleasure to drive! Easily gets 25-26 mpg effortlessly cruising at 70 mph. A very solid and stable feeling ride that is surprisingly nimble through mountainous terrain. I upgraded the shock to Severe Duty, so it does not have that disconcerting "floaty" feeling, but rather it feels rather sporty now. All trim, weather stripping and other plastic or rubber parts are in great condition. No nusance items noted or experienced to take away from your envelope of luxury. Very clean undercarriage and engine compartment. RUST FREE (not back East or Midwest rust free but TRULY dry climate rust free!). Air Conditioner blows cold, heater is toasty and ride is quiet and smooth.
