Beautiful condition and kept 1998 Cadillac Eldorado. I've looked at all the other listings, this is in the top of the nicest ones available used. The nicer ones are all over $10k. This car has been in the family for a number of years, bought from Ettleson Cadillac in LaGrange Illinois. This wasn't my parents main car, was barely driven 3500 miles average per year. I think the color is Shale exterior over Neutral Shale interior according to the brochure. Has a lot of options including wood trim, heated seats, accent stripes, chrome wheels and more. Interior and exterior is very clean, car is over 21 years old but doesn't look it. Everything works that I'm aware of and car has been serviced when anything has needed repair. Car just had new water pump replaced and thermostat (about $700). Drives like it looks, smooth. Mark under the drivers door in pics is dirt, you may not beleive me but I didn't get the car cleaned before I took the pics thats how clean the car is normally kept. Both my parents and I, don't intentionally take car out when its raining unless we got caught in rain. I drive my SUV most time, and my parents main car was a STS and now is a SRX. I'm not a dealer this is one of my personal cars. If you look it up and see a previous owner for many years that was my parents previous owner. Actual mileage will change as I drive the car. Not sure what else to say, like mentioned everything works (yes everything don't ask about the antenna, radio, power seats - everything works). This car is tip top needs nothing, is exactly what somebody should be looking for it you're interested in a gently used Eldorado. Great car for a great price. You can find a slightly cheaper car with many more miles, interior couldn't be as nice, and will eventually need the water pump and thermostat replaced (all Northstar do at some point, this is my 7th caddy). Nothing worse than buying a car and having to get it fixed. Any and all car dealers selling these cars do not drive them, its funny how they all have the same story about the old man who can't drive anymore and traded the car in - riiiiight. They buy them wholesale and stick them on the lot and ask highest retail prices. You have no idea what you're buying and they can't tell you because they haven't driven the car more than 5miles. This car has been in my family a long time. I just drove it 300miles on a trip for work the other day this week, was 88degrees downstate had AC cranked entire time there and back and she glides along the highway. I've got a newer Escalade, an S Class Mercedes and a new Lexus and i can tell you the Eldo drives very smooth in comparison. Buy mine and just enjoy. Title is in hand, $200 deposit due within 24hours of auction close via paypal. Remaining balance to be paid within 5 days, any and all checks must clear before release of car and title (including cashiers checks).
