Selling a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham due to loss of storage. This is a one owner, 50,372 mile car which has never been driven in the winter and maybe half a dozen times in the rain. This pampered car is from a dry western South Dakota climate and has been kept in a heated garage under a California Car Cover since new. The pictures don't do the condition of this car justice, it's perfect. The metal flake brown paint is mint as well as the padded top. The interior is perfect with minimal normal wear. The Cadillac has never been in an accident and the only thing to ever be replaced other than one set of tires is the drivers seat belt assembly. The car gets close to 30 mpg on the highway as you float along in comfort. I know of nothing wrong with the mechanics of the car other than the air conditioning doesn't blow cold enough for me, just needs to be topped off. We have this Fleetwood Brougham to offer this week. It's finished in burgundy metallic with matching leather interior and a vinyl roof. This car needs some work. As you'll see she's cosmetically challenged. Runs pretty good. This is the first year of the LT1. The exterior is in fair condition. The paint is ok but the clear coat is lifting on the upper surfaces. It has some scratches, marks and scuffs. The grille is cracked/broken. The hood ornament is gone. There are a few marks as shown. The body has no major dents.The chrome looks fair. The vinyl roof is worn and torn. An original untouched car. The interior is in good condition. The leather seats are oh so soft and comfortable especially for long trips. The headliner looks great. The rear seat looks great. The driver's seat shows wear and has a small tear on the lower cushion. The passenger seat shows normal wear. The dash pad has some cracks. It comes with the floor mats. The tires are showing 40% tread. This Cadillac is well equipped. Options include digital dash, climate control, dual power recliners, power lumbars, heated seats, quad vanity visors, twilight sentinel, CD player, memory seat, security system, power mirrors, and alloy wheels. It's equipped with the powerful LT1 5.7 litre 8 cylinder. Everything works. The A/C blows cold but has a leak. Seems to last a few weeks. The inner front fender wells are not rotted out like most. This car runs and drives ok. The transmission shifts as it should and the brakes are firm and responsive. The shocks are worn but not bouncry. Has a slight exhaust leak up front. The check engine, ABS and traction lights are on. This Fleetwood has to be one of the best riding cars on the road. It feels like your floating on air yet it's very responsive with the big V8. All original, garage kept. No accidents. This vehicle has been lovingly kept in a condition that will make any collector proud. Interior is all leather, Black to match the outside. It has the best of all worlds; speed, style, fuel economy (25 mpg hwy), and comfort. I've seen a few of these classics around, but never in the triple black gold key model. You can find the burgundy, white, or god awful baby-blue, but to find an all-black Cadillac Fleetwood is a treat. This spring, before I knew I had to sell it, I put a fresh (legal) ceramic tint all the way around (not windshield). I also had it professionally detailed ($750 for both services). The interior carpet has never seen the light of day - we've always had 3 protective mats laid down. The body overall is a 9/10. Always garaged by the little old aunt, and then me. It has a few hardly noticeable dings from the old lady, pictured. One on the back bumper. And one on the passenger right that is nearly under the vehicle. It has a little pitting on 2 of the doors, however, I have had them sanded and addressed over the years I've owned it. There are a few very small door dings, from parking lots, church lots, over the years. Annoying, yes, but not too noticeable. Pictured above. All in all, you won't find one better. This is the last of the big Cadillac's and the Fleetwood Brougham is a rare find. They only produced 10003 of the Brougham models in 1996 and it was the last year the large Cadillac was produced. This car is in excellent condition. Just 105702 low miles for the model year. All original owners manuals and related books included. Two original Key Fobs with keyless entry and remote trunk.
