Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion. 2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 7 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only for cash). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $299 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, we do offer very cheap shipping. I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. . I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed.

Up for auction is my 1991 Eagle Talon TSi (DSM) - This is an amazing example of a 1G DSM - Car is in almost pristine condition for its age and runs flawlessly! I was in the process of re-building a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX when I came across this gem and had to buy it. I quickly fell in love with it and was using it almost daily to drive around as everything works amazingly on her. ICE COLD AC & HEAT - The entire AC system was re-done and upgraded to new refrigerant. Does not leak at all and is in great working condition. Rare leather interior and in good shape The car runs and drives amazingly - Has tons of powers and if you want will break traction in 1st & 2nd gear no issues at all. I drive it about 2-3 times a week just to keep her running and lubricated and its always a head turner. Here are a few small issues I am aware of; 1) The Power Steering pump does have a small leak, about once a month I have to put a little bit of fluid in reservoir. 2) As stated above the clutch pedal does engage low to the floor so that could use an adjustment. I am used to it so its not a big deal at all. All gears and transmission work perfectly. 3) On passenger side windshield up at very top there is a small crack at edge of windshield. 4) Small dent on Drivers Side door (can be seen in pics)5) The windshield wiper needs a new relay - They work fine but when you turn off they stop where they are (don't go home). So you have to time stopping them at bottom. Overall as stated the car is amazing - its from 1991 so its not perfect but it is one of the best looking DSM's I have seen in a while. Breaks my heart to let her go but I have a few project cars and looking to get some new toys so she has to find a new home. All electronics work great, interior in in amazing shape for a 1G (dash is not cracking or peeling), leather is in good shape, she starts up every-time no issue. In very nice shape for the age. All stock, except 20G turbo, FIC 850 injectors, evo maf, 255 walbro fuel pump, 3" exhaust from turbo back , Does NOT have a catalytic convertor. New headliner. Auto transmission. A/C and heat both work well. Just under 120k original miles. 3rd owner with original window sticker and some misc. receipts. Rust free. All electronics work, power windows and locks are solid (window motors aren't slow like most I have seen). All paint is original, except I repainted the hood, roof, and both front fenders due to clear coat getting fried off by the sun. I have the original MAF and injectors if someone wants to return this back to stock. The mods above only have about 6,000 miles on them and the car has been well taken care of. When I purchased the car, the transmission computer (TCU) was bad. The auto front wheel drive turbo transmission computer in these are known for being faulty and are almost impossible to find a replacement unit. I replaced the TCU with an all wheel drive turbo unit. It shifts great and smooth, but shifts earlier in the RPM range than the front wheel drive version would. Car drives very nicely overall and has almost brand new tires. Power steering and alternator belts are brand new. All gauges work and there are no check engine lights on. Does not use oil. Interior is clean and complete. Seats have no rips or tears. Some of the hatch area plastic is faded. All speakers were replaced with new oem size Pioneer. Car is 99% complete, the only missing part I am aware of is the fiber board that goes under the rear cargo carpet above the spare tire. Needs: windshield (multiple cracks on it), passenger side inner CV boot (CV does not make noise, you could either put on a new boot or replace the CV half shaft (roughly $60 for a new axle at autozone or oreilly). I would think someone would be hard pressed to find a clean, complete, unmolested 1G DSM like this one. Any questions please ask! I drove this car from Phoenix to South Dakota and would not hesitate to drive it for a longer distance. Please remember this car is almost 30 years old and not a show car. There are various scratches and door dings as expected with an older vehicle.

Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 7 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only for cash). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $299 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, we do offer very cheap shipping. I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. . I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed.
