—Hello and thanks for viewing our 1999 Ford E-350 Extended 15 Passenger Van. This is a one owner that we purchased from a local municipality where it was extremely well taken care of and very lightly used. It was kept on a PREVENTATIVE Maintenance regimen. Fluids were checked daily and always changed on time. All scheduled services were also preformed when required. This trucks condition is a testament to the way it was treated. It was not beat on and runs and drives 100%. Garage kept and neatly used, this is a once in a lifetime unit.Don’t miss out , this is a 20 year old truck that is like new! This van was used 3 days a week to transport inmates from the courthouse to the county jail less then 10 miles down the road. When it was not being used it sat in the sally port (garage) underneath the courthouse. This has allowed it to remain rust and rot free. Very simply put this thing Looks and Runs PERFECT!!! You will not find another truck like this anywhere ever again!!! They just do not exist anymore. There may be others out there but they either have a ton of miles or are complete rust buckets! That is not the case with this beauty. 100% Stock, Truly amazing vehicle that can be put right to use and will last just as long as a brand new truck for a fraction of the cost. This van has all the perfect options for a Quigley 4x4 Expedition vehicle build. It’s an extended model with the 7.3 Diesel Engine, HD Transmission, HD suspension ,Hitch, Cold A/C, Newer Tires! I travel the country looking for older diesel trucks, I almost want to keep this one! Again, anything powered by the 7.3 are almost all gone or have a million miles or tons of rust! Not the case with this vehicle , 100% Ready to Go!!! You cannot find a better original owner then a state or municipality, they have to follow maintenance schedules and have an unlimited checkbook when it comes to servicing their vehicles. Any issues are always taken care of and not left to linger and cause more damage. They are never run low on fuel or fluids and almost always have a full tank. And this truck was stored indoors since new, so the undercarriage is in great condition as well. There is no canned undercoating hiding anything , what you see is what you get. Let me thoroughly describe the van as best as I can and I will go over every area it's new owner would want to know about. It is equipped the International 7.3 POWERSTROKE OHV Diesel engine. The best wengine ever made in any heavy duty passenger vehicle. They have been documented to go over 1 million miles helping it secure the moniker "The Million Mile Motor". You don't have to take my word for it , if your not already familiar with the 7.3 , ask your favorite mechanic or do a quick google inquiry. These enginese simply go forever and are super low maintenance so finding one with decent miles or finding one in a vehicle that is not a complete rust bucket is getting almost impossible. Also very important is the fact that this truck was never used to plow snow, or spread salt. #1 Engine : The engine fires right up with a quick turn of the key and has no trouble starting even in cold temperatures. It runs smooth and sound and doesn't make any odd noises or blow any white smoke out of the exhaust. No blow by. CThere are no leaks of any kind and the temperature and oil pressure stay normal even after running for hours. Engine oil is fresh and clean and at factory recommended level. Antifreeze seems fine and at a good level with no evidence of any debris or clumps in the coolant. #2 Transmission: The transmission shifts super smooth through all of its gears. There is no banging or thumping into gears. The van does not "bang" when selecting gears and going from park to drive or drive to reverse ETC. Transmission fluid is clean and clear , at a normal level and doesn't have any "burning" smell to it. #3 suspension : The suspension on the van sits high and strong and does not feel worn out. It handles well on unpaved roads and suspension appears to be operating normally and in good order. #4 Brakes : The brakes operate 100% as they should. The brake pedal does not sink low and has a nice grab. The truck doesn't shake or pull when using the brakes at any speed. Brakes are not brand new , but definitely operate fine and do not need to be changed at this point. #5 Tires : The tires on the vsn will pass an inspection and appear to be newer (all 4) still have the tiny new tire nubs on the side walls. #6 A Exterior cosmetic condition : The cosmetic condition of this truck and the Diesel engine is what makes it stand out from the rest of the good running vans and trucks listed on eBay. The van is rot free. Floor panels ,rockers tand rocker supports are rock solid. The paint shines bright and it does not have any dull spots or peeling clear coat. There is no major damage or scratches of any kind. There is absolutely no rust on the Body of this truck. Most used trucks have rust issues with rocker panels/ supports , the doglegs and door bottoms. That is not the case with this baby. . The undercarriage is in great condition. Again, We didn't cover anything up with cheap spray paint or canned undercoating. What you see is exactly what you get and we felt it was important to show the great condition of this van and there was no need to "cover" anything up. #6 B : interior cosmetics: The interior of this rig is in super great condition for this year and mileage. There were no rips or tears in the seats or headliner and the and all interior options work 100% as they should. Heat blows hot and the air blows cold. Defrost and radio operate fine. All gauges work including fuel. There is no cracked or chipped glass. There are no cracks or big scratches in the dash and due to municipality rules, there was no smoking or pets allowed in this unit so it is odor and stain free. I can honestly say I have described this truck to the best of my ability and I stake my 10 years of solid feedback on all my descriptions. That being said , we do still recommend that potential buyers inspect the vehicle BEFORE buying. If you are out of state , we will go out of our way to send you extra pictures and even videos of the van starting/ running and drivinglll upon request. There are also 3rd party inspection companies in the area that will inspect the vehicle for you and give you a full unbiased report card. Even though this is one of the cleanest and nicest units I've had in awhile, it is still 20 years old and does have some amount of use and wear and because of age no warranties are available, don't expect a brand new truck and we won't have any problems.These township vehicles get extremelly well taken care of since day 1. The Truck has never been in any major damage and has a clean title. I said it before and I'll say it again, this truck is absolutely amazing and it's next owner will definitely not be disappointed. If you really like this unit I suggest buying it now. These trucks when they are this clean never make it more then a day or two before being sold, BUT this one right here is special!! The 15 passenger vans are Extremely RARE with the 7.3 and they get gobbled up QUICK!!! Whenever im lucky enough to get my hands on a low mileage 7.3 van , i want to keep it and that's true with this one more then ever. I already have a nice 7.3 powered Excursion and a Cummins Power ram and a Chevy Diesel van lol! i cant become a collector when i do this for a living so im going to let someone else enjoy this baby! . If your going to buy it now , please have the funds already available. I have been buying and selling for over 10 years on eBay and have been able to maintain near 100% feedback the whole time. I do my best to honestly describe each vehicle. Over the years I have found that a few simple guidelines and policies can save my self from wasting time with fake buyers who bid for entertainment purposes only. Again if u buy the truck online , it severs the connections i have with the other people also interested, also it makes me have to hold it for 3 whole days. 1997 Ford e-150 Cargo Van.....frame rotted away, needs to be towed away. It has a 5.4L EFI-SOHC “Triton” engine in it. Engine and transmission in great shape. Always taken care of...have journal book of everything done to it. Passed emissions 2 months ago with ease. Was a nice running van but frame and radius arms in poor shape. I drove it home, but needs to be towed. Tires are in excellent shape. P235/75R15...so basically your getting the solid engine and trans and tires for $700.00 and whatever else you can use or sell off of it. 20 - 22 Pass Custom Turtle Top Party Limo Coach Bus Limousine Shuttle BusThis coach #12 is a 20-22 passenger Ford E450 with a 7.3 Diesel 1998 Turtle Top with 198k miles. The vehicle drives excellent with no issues and the interior has a two-toned color and is amazingly clean with no interior issues, the interior shows like new. Has a new coach battery, Front tires are newer and rear are about 30%. Currently we have 7 limo buses for sale.This coach was limo converted and delivered in 2016. The conversions were done by Blackstone Works in Florida. The coach is a Turtle Top with 198k miles. The coach had rear luggage, and the luggage bay wall was removed, and seats were extended into the bay. No center bars were added, to provide maximum seating 20-22, but behind the back rests there are bar bins on all sides. This coach interior is so clean, that I photographed them in the daytime. There is no damage or rips/stains in this interior, it still shows like new. It looks incredible at night and has control of all the lights next to the radio. They installed 40” and 32” LCD TV’s with surround and blue-tooth DVD Pioneer stereo system. The body was fully painted and this amazing interior was built at a cost of $35k. The interiors show like new, and the bodies still have a glossy white paint, and are presentable for weddings, but as usual they show a bit of edge rust and bubbles in the paint as we get in the Midwest. The mechanics are excellent, and the AC units are blow cold.I have all the Maintenance records going back to the conversion when they picked up the coaches. Aside from the $35k conversion this coach had $17,600 in upgrades. Conversion was done 24k miles ago. At that time, new breaks and rotors, ball joints, exhaust and hoses 13k ago NEW GLOW PLUGS AND INJECTORS, New compressor, front aliments, exhaust work, new starter, and new metal frame work. 7k ago. REBUILT TRANSMISSION, and metal frame repair work. Last month: Installed new battery.I have a 100% rating selling lots of busses and limos on eBay. I maintain this 100% rating for the last 20 years by being honest with the listing. It's hard to keep everyone happy, especially in this "I'm a little unhappy so I'll post negative comments" world.
