Winter is Upon us, Don't let this great vehicle get away! I purchased this vehicle in February of 2014 with 85,386 miles but had little use of it after I performed both minor and major upgrades. In December of 2016 I drove this vehicle to my California residence bringing the total miles to 102,110 where it remained to this day. Since then I put about 9,190 miles on the vehicle between my last several visits and the use of an alternate driver (Ford Manager). Overall I used this vehicle for 27,005 miles so someone is going to get a great truck as it is in excellent shape and ready to go. In order to avoid low battery signals I have a manager who works at the Ford dealership in Santa Barbara drive it around every once and a while to keep the batteries charged, and to keep the on board Live Tracking / Recovery / Diagnostic device reporting the vehicle's every move from start-up to drive speed, RPM and on board WiFi reports. When I purchased this vehicle in 2014 I made a wise decision to also purchase and pay in full a $4,400.00 (36 month 36K miles $100.00 deductible) Ford ESP Premium Care Warranty. Since then during routine service calls different Ford dealerships diagnosed and completed the following work based upon their findings / decisions at little cost to me other than the $100.00 deductible and scheduled maintenance. This vehicle has not undergone any factory deletes (as is customary) with respect to the EGR valve as it would have voided the Ford ESP Premium Warranty. Message to: aproblem4 As stated in the listing, it is a 6.0L with stainless steel head studs and high compression head gaskets, which parts I paid at my cost in order to accommodate the SCT programmer for high output. If you don't install stainless steel studs and high compression gaskets when re-tuning for high output on a turbo diesel you risk the chance of blowing your engine. The custom exhaust system is also a must when re-tuning a diesel for maximum power flow. This truck can handle the power output from all of the re-tuning settings on the STC. Unless your racing there is no reason to use the Extreme-Extreme setting on the programmer as the power it yields is unbelievable and will pin you to your seat. The Street Extreme and Tow Settings are all you need. Unless you're a maniac there is no need for the Extreme-Extreme setting but since I had no idea what I was ordering in the purchase I got the max power setting just to try it out. FYI, my opinion is that no one needs that kind of power in a 9000lb truck!!

2004 Ford Excursion XLT. 4X4 8 passenger. Cloth seats. DVD. 6.0 diesel. Heads checked and planed, new head gaskets, heads studded, EGR delete, all new injectors, new oil cooler, turbo taken off and cleaned, new fuel injection control module, new rear brakes. Very little rust. 213,000 miles

I have a nice Eddie Bauer diesel ford excursion for sale. 8 ford injectors recently installed, new 285/75/16 tires, blue spring upgrade, egr delete, new oil cooler, new cold air intake, new 4 inch exhaust all the way from turbo back. Runs great I went through it to be extremely reliable. Has back up camera tow package 4wd. Runs perfect no warning lights. I bought it just to use as a towing rig but I just got a deal on a 13 f250 so it needs to go. Drivers seat torn but I have a new cover I haven't installed yet. No tuner installed I just upgraded all the factory problems with the 6.0 diesels with the exception of head studs but if that is a must I can give you a fair deal installing studs. I have owned several 6.0 diesels and once the problems from ford are delt with they are great trucks.
