2011 Honda Insight LX with optional leather upholstered interior. The car has been well maintained and regularly serviced and has a recent set of new tires with around 1000 miles on them. It does have some scratches on the roof where an badly secured roof rack scraped it. Also the armrest latch in the center console is broken. Other than that there are no issues. No accidents and no repairs.

Sorry to see this one go, but I don't need two of them. Averages 54 mpg and runs like a champ. Hybrid battery was replaced approximately 5 years ago and I haven't had any issues with it. It has auto stop, regenerative braking, and an aluminum body. It's a head turner well before it's time. Tires are in great shape replaced them about 8 months ago. Depending on how much you drive this car can save you close to $600 dollars or more a year, not mention your reduced carbon footprint. Kelly's blue book has it at $2,821; I'll do a little better then that. Don't be deceived by its size, it can haul all your toys if you want it to. This Insight has gone through a near restoration with parts from an immaculate donor vehicle including engine and drivetrain. Extensive maintenance has also been performed with OEM Honda parts. Besides for the body and frame, relatively few parts have the 346k miles that are attributed to this car. It is unlikely to find a more meticulously cared for Insight for sale. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. Climate control works great and has ice cold A/C. All maintenance up to date and then some. Clean inside and out, even engine bay. Includes original rear trunk carpet with Insight emblem which is hard to find. Recently replaced: Bumblebee BeeMax performance hybrid battery pack w/ manufacturer's warranty (until 4/28/21) clutch slave cylinder, hard lines, flex line, and bracketcabin climate air filter serpentine belt sway bar end link, pass. (Mevotech) front & rear shocks lower air filter box assembly, mounting brackets, and hardware brake lines from master cylinder to ABS coolant hoses (heater hoses & under manifold) K&N air filter under engine splash shields / aero panels (complete) Honda oil filter w/ 2.6qts Mobil1 0w20 (75 miles ago) oil pan ($375 part) Fumoto oil drain plug valve (have OEM plug and plate that came with pan) EGR spool valve ($210) grounding straps & hardware all emblems and exterior stickers spark plugs (letter matched to B head and correctly indexed with proper torque) hatch struts / stays (NitroLift) windshield glass w/ all newtrim, moulding, etc (OEM Honda - $650) front brake rotors and pads 4 new Potenza RE92 tires (installed Dec 2018) alignment many rusted nuts and bolts were replaced with new OEM Honda hardware Rain-X Latitute wipers all around All are Honda parts unless otherwise noted. Will include about ½ of the receipts. Hybrid battery receipt and warranty paper included. Items without documentation can easily be seen on visual inspection. Other maintenance / changes:Brake & clutch fluid flush Coolant flush and burp Cleaned EGR plate and passage TPS signal smoothing chip upgrade (wired to ECU loom)Sealed body under A-pillar trim to fix the 'wet seatbelt after rain' problem that all Insights experience The following parts were swapped from an immaculate donor vehicle with 109,507 miles: (Notes on the donor vehicle and why it was salvaged: it was my personal vehicle that I kept in top shape. It was totaled by a neighbor's SUV while parked outside of my house. My last tripometer reading showed 67.5mpg over 615 miles. Swap was performed in the fall of last year, and I have driven approximately 1,000 miles since. Everything except for dashboard. Did a deep cleaning to chassis underneath panels especially in cavities and corners that are normally covered. Also cleaned the backs of interior pieces. All interior clips are intact and in their correct locations. Absolutely meticulous job! Body panels including: both door assemblies, rear hatch, both lower door sills, driver's front fender, rear wheel covers, exterior A-pillar trim Steering column assembly in one piece (every key lock was swapped inc. glove box, trunk) Brake master cylinder Hatch motor release (works great) Aside from the salvage/rebuilt title, the biggest negative is the condition of the body. It shows the high mileage. Paint is chipped and scratched all around. Roof is oxidized. Some parking lot dings. Many surface level imperfections. Other issues - the front spring seats can be slightly squeaky on bumps. I have the radio on and live with it. Brake rotor dust shields were distorted and causing some noise, so I have removed them post photos. Not necessary to replace. I made this ad with the help of a log I kept during the restoration process. I believe I have covered everything.
